The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P (Pro) was released yesterday. This pocket-sized gimbal-rocking camera now features two lenses and a bunch of other impressive new features. The gimbal is incredibly useful for moving shots, and that’s exactly where an interesting challenge lies.
Handling a camera like the Osmo Pocket 4P is a lot smoother when you carry it from above. There are various additional accessories to mount a top handle to the camera. But the operator will miss the record button and control joystick. The Osmo Pocket 4P however comes with a small remote. And that’s why we designed a custom mount.
The mount can be placed in the front of the handle, making it super easy to run, capture and control your camera. The remote is hold in place not just by a sharp fit, but also 2 magnets.
The 3/4″ mount on the bottom enables users to place the adapter on tripods or arms. This is great for example when you shoot with the Osmo Pocket installed in a difficult corner. You can place the remote on an arm or tripod for quick access.
