De Ultimaker 0.6mm CC printcore has been designed to 3D print extremely strong materials. These materials have a high temperature resistance. The core is also hardenend to withstand extremely abrasive materials. This combination enables their users to 3D print with high performance materials. Besides being heat resistant, they can contain reenforcing particles made from materials such as carbon or glass.
At Stmedia, we have used these materials to create extremely strong parts for videoproduction. We were able to trust our 5KG camera rigs to parts printed on these UltiMaker 3D printers with this core.
